Cookie Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026. This page forms part of the agreement between you and UP DIGITAL PRODUCTS LTD.
This website is operated by UP DIGITAL PRODUCTS LTD (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17418750, with its registered office at 65 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TU, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@updigitalproducts.com. We are not currently registered for VAT.
This website sets no cookies. Not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, not preference cookies. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
1. Why there is no banner
Regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 says that storing information on your device, or gaining access to information already stored there, requires clear information and your consent — unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. We do neither. Nothing is written to your device by this site, so no consent is needed and no banner is shown.
2. What this site does not do
| Common on other sites | Used here |
|---|---|
| Analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar) | No |
| Advertising or remarketing pixels | No |
| Social media buttons and embedded feeds | No |
| Embedded video or map players | No |
| Chat widgets | No |
| Fonts loaded from a third-party server | No — the fonts are served from this domain |
| Local storage or session storage | No |
Because there are no third-party embeds, loading a page on this site does not disclose your IP address to anyone other than our hosting provider.
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests to the server — IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser user-agent string. These are created by the web server itself and are not cookies: no information is stored on your device. They are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults and abuse, and are held for a short period before being deleted. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site, under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR.
4. Email links
The contact links on this site open your own email programme. They do not track the click and they do not tell us that you clicked. We only know you contacted us when your email arrives.
5. If this changes
If we ever add something that does store information on your device, we will ask for your consent before it loads, list it here, and update the date at the top of this page. Strictly necessary items would be listed here too, even though they do not require consent.
